How to cook chicken hearts

Chicken hearts cooking itself doesnt take much time - it takes their preparing. A membrane department, venticles cleaning and deferents cutting of 1 kg of hearts may take about 40-60 minutes. But this dish worths that!

For chicken hearts with sour cream you need
1 kg of chicken hearts
4 onions of middle size
2-3 full tablespoons of sour cream
spices
2 full teaspoons of flour
Prepare chicken hearts, wash them well, let them dry a little. After that put them into a hot pan with little bit of vegetable oil, fry them during about 2-3 minutes on high fire mixing all the time. Then add some water, spices, make little fire and leave hearts under a cover. After about 10-15 minutes chop onion and add to the hearts, mix together. Continue stewing.
When the dish is almost ready, add flour (i usually add flour when i'm stewing something with onion, so the dish becomes thicker, and flour combines with onion very well), mix together very well, then add sour cream and mix together again.

Leave it all under a cover until it's ready, but don't forget to mix time after time in order to prevent scorching. And... that's it!
A very delicious dish, sour cream gives a very soft taste.
It suits with pasta, rice, potatoes very well. Not a bad variant for dinner!
