Easy nutritious Sunday breakfast

This easy breakfast is perfect if you have your own family and like spend days off together walking outside during many hours, or if you've planned lots of things to do during the day, or if you have a large family, or if you simply like nutritious breakfasts :)
Cooking of this breakfast took about 30 minutes of my morning time.

For nutritious Sunday breakfast you need
2 onion of middle size
some pieces of bread
some of pasta
3 eggs
2 dessert spoons of flour
100 g of kefir

Ingredients amount depends on how much you want to make, family members amount, your pan capacity and your own taste. My breakfast was cooked for 3 adult men and myself.
Put a casserole with water on fire, salt water (a little more then usual), when it boils - add pasta.
Chop onion and bread and put them into a hot pan with vegetable oil, make little fire, leave under a cover and mix time after time.


Mix eggs, flour and kefir until it's a smooth mass.
When pan contents is almost fried and pasta is ready, put pasta into a pan, mix it well and leave under a cover for about 3 more minutes. 

Then mix again and pour it with eggs mass smoothly, don't mix! Leave under a cover again until it's ready.
Important: Don't salt either onion with bread or eggs!

You also can fry a little bit of sausages and serve them with pasta mass, pepper it if you like.
Make a cup of coffee or tea or whatever you like, and your nutritious Sunday breakfast is ready!
My plate of breakfast with coffee with milk. Yeah, perhaps too much for a girl, but i don't have a dinner and have lots of homework! :) Pay attention, pasta mass looks not very accurate. It's because i  put it into a plate once it was ready. So, wait for 3-5 minutes before serving it, and eggs mass will harden a little more. Then it will look like this:

That's it! 
It's perfect for the morning because in the morning we can let ourselves eat whatever we like without harming our health (and figure)! This breakfast gives much energy and you'll have much power even if you're going to have late dinner.
