Spoons and glasses instead of weigher (how many grams are in a spoon?)

Sometimes reading a recipe i feel myself confused without knowing how many grams are in a spoon of flour, for instance. And yah, i found this picture very helpful, you might like it too.

I've translated a Russian variant of this image into an English one.
