"Envelopes for a loved one" (an easy recipe for breakfast)

I had some dough in my fridge after making another dish and i needed to cook something out of it. The idea came naturally: "What if?.." That's how i decided to make "envelopes for a loved one" (it's how i called it :) ).

For "envelopes for a loved one" you need
flour
water
onion
eggs
filling (potatoes, mushrooms, onion, eggs, cheese - whatever you like most!)
I had no time for making special filling and took ready potato puree i had. That's all. But as for me a perfect filling in this case is potatoes+mushrooms+onion or eggs+cheese. Important: the filling has to be precooked.

Firstly you need to make dough. Depending on how much you want to make, take some flour and little by little add water and mix together. When you are able to knead dough and it doesn't stick to your hands stop adding water and knead dough well. Then roll out the dough, its thickness should be not too thin and not too thick. Make squares and put your filling into its center:

Then take two opposite corners and split them in the center.

Do the same with two other corners and form an envelope. Make your envelope as plate as you can (just press a little with your hand on the top), so then it'll be fried evenly.

Fry on the middle fire under a cover until it gets golden color on both sides.

You'll get a crackly and yummie dish!
Serve hot with sour cream.
Fry onion with eggs and add to the envelopes. That's it!
Enjoy your meal!
