Borsch recipe

Borsch is a kind of soup, a dish from Ukrainian kitchen. They say, "Woman who is able to cook borsch, is gonna be loved" :)
I wanna show you my recipe variant for this dish. It's super simple and super tasty as well!

For cooking borsch you need:
1 beet of medium size
6 potatos of medium size
1 big carrot
onion
some of cabbage
some of meat with meat bouillon
Amount of ingredients depends on your casserole capacity, i used the one i told about in this post.

Firstly prepare meat with bouillon, it took 30-40 minutes of boiling in a pressure-cooker:

Rub a carrot and a beet on a grater, chop onion, chop some cabbage (how much? - depending on your casserole capacity and your own taste). Put it all into a hot pan with vegetable oil, make little fire and leave under a cover. Mix time after time.

Chop potatos and put them into a casserole with bouillon and boiled water. Make fire less.
When potatos in the casserole are almost ready, add a pan contents, meat, spices. Through 3-5 minutes your borsch is ready!
Serve it with sour cream and greens, garlic if you like.
Usually, borsch must have red color, but i took too small beet, that's why i got this result...

It will be super delicious if you serve borsch with a little bit fried bread topped with fresh chopped garlic. Mmmm yummie! (It's an addition from Belarusian cuisine.)

Bon appetit!

P.S. Besides beet, carrot, onion and cabbage you can use pepper as well.
