Braided bun with condensed milk

Do you like buns? Do you like condensed milk? Do you like making something delicious with your hands? And do you like baking? If you answered all the questions like "yes" this recipe is for you!

For braided bun with condensed milk you'll need:
yeast dough,
condensed milk
some melted butter

Sure, you can make your own yeast dough (it's a simple recipe and you can find it anywhere in internet) but sometimes i prefer buying ready one. Let your dough stand in a warm place for about 2-3 hours.

If you have already boiled condensed milk, it'll save your time. But if not, it won't take too much time too! All you need to boil "wet" condensed milk is:
1) place a jar with condensed milk into a pressure cooker and pour it with water, so it has to cover the jar completely;
2) close the cooker, turn on fire;
3) when the cooker starts "sizzling" wait 10 mins and turn the fire off.
4) let the cooker cool down and only then you can open it.
It takes about an hour.
So, now we're ready!
Divide your dough into several equal parts, make stripes (i used 5 ones) and roll out each of them. Then spread condensed milk over each stripe and close them. It may look like this:

Then take the right stripe and put it under the next left stripe, then over next left stripe, continue doing this with other left stripes. Then again take the right stripe, put it under the next left stripe, etc. It really looks like a braid!
When you're done, cover your braid with fabric and leave in a warm place for about 30-60 mins.
Then place baking paper or foil on the oven tray and move the bun in it. Grease the bun with melted butter for a nice color.
Preheat the oven on 180°С and bake the bun until it gets a nice golden color.
Bon appetit!
