Apple pie "Charlotte" recipe

Good day, dear friends!
This post is dedicated for those who loves apples!
"Charlotte", perhaps, is one of the easiest apple pies. But at the same time it's too delicious! Once tried it you'll want it more and more!


For an apple pie "Charlotte" you need:
4 eggs
a glass of sugar
8 g of vanilla sugar
a glass of flour
a tsp of baking powder
some apples

Wash and clean apples and slice into thin middle pieces. My advice: use sour apples because after baking they'll still have a taste!
Greese the baking shape with butter or margarine and powder it with some flour (so the pie won't be burnt).
Heat the oven on 180°С.
Using hand mixer or a food processor beat the eggs on a high speed til the lush foam. Continuing mixing add sugar and vanilla sugar little by little, carefully. Then add flour and baking powder the same way. Mix it all together very well.
Pour a half of the dough into the baking shape, place apples, add the rest of the dough.
Bake in the oven during about 40 minutes or until the pie has a light brown color. Leave it in the oven for about 30 minutes and then enjoy your meal!
