Semolina breakfast

Very easy to do and very tasty to eat - that's all i can say :)


For semolina breakfast you need
1 glass of semolina
1 glass of kefir
3 eggs
3 onions
2 slices of white bread
sausages (to taste)
salt (to taste)

Mix semolina, kefir and eggs together and leave for 30 minutes.
In this time cut onions and put it into the frying pan and fry it a little on middle fire. Then cut bread and sausages into little pieces and add them to onions, fry a little the same way. Salt this mass to taste.

Now semolina mass has to be ready, add it to pan contents and mix a little. Make little fire and leave under a cover. In about 30 minutes your breakfast is ready!
Please, don't pay attention to cut triangle in the middle, it's how i checked the dish condition :)

It's not a problem at all if you cook this breakfast in the evening for the next day, it doesn't lose its taste!
