Meat cutlets "Like in kindergarten"

When i was attending kindergarten in my childhood we were often given very delicious cutlets for lunch. They were so soft, gentle, perfect! Of course, in childhood everything seems to be magic, but those cutlets were really yummy. Keeping in mind all these memories about "incredible" cutlets i've decided to cook them for my family some time ago :)


For meat cutlets "Like in kindergarten" you'll need
1 kg of chopmeat
300 g of milk
some slices of white bread
an egg
2 tablespoons of chopped greens
2-3 heads of garlic
4 onions of middle size
salt to taste

I took next amount of white bread slices:

Crumble the bread and place in a container for cooking as shown above. Pour it with milk and, using a fork, try to cover all the bread with milk:

Leave the bread to soak milk while you'll be preparing other products.
Chop onions and garlic into small pieces, place garlic into a hot pan with vegetable oil on middle fire, let it fry for about 1 minute, then add onion and make little fire under a pan. Leave it fry under a cover until onions get golden color. Mix time after time, of course.

When pan contents is ready, turn the fire under a pan off. Mix bread and chopmeat together very well. After that add garlic, onion, greens and salt, mix together very well again. Only after that add an egg and mix. Final mixing can take some minutes to archive a good result.
I know, you're sure cutlets should be formed with hands. No problems. But i love doing it using a tablespoon: i like it more, cutlets are more attractive for me then and - yeah! - hands are clean! :) You can follow any way, or both ways.
Don't use any oil on a frying pan, because chopmeat contains fat in itself. Using a tablespoon, scoop up some meat mixture and place it into a hot pan. Keep doing it while you have space on your pan. Fry the cutlets from both sides under a pan on middle fire until they get golden brown color.
You can combine cutelts with everything you like: pasta, potatos, salads. Or you can eat them just like that! :)
