Healthy fries from the oven

Everyone knows that fries are not very good for health. When i found this recipe i was very interested to try it and to get sure it's as tasty as traditional fries.

All you need for healthy fries from the oven is
some potatos (depending on how many fries you wanna cook)
egg whites
salt, greens if you like

Clean and wash the potatos and chop them into bars 1-1.5 cm in width.
Beat whites with salt well enough, til soft peaks. You should have enough whites to cover all your potatos - thats what you've to do now: put your potatos in whites and get sure thats all bars sides are covered with whites.
Preheat the oven on 180°C. You can use what you want: either baking paper or foil if you like. I used the last one, and it served good. Put potatos on an oven tray and you may sprinkle them with dried greens if you like.

Bake until your healthy fries are ready and have light golden color.
Some pieces are already absent! :)
Delicious! Сrispy on the outside and soft inside! Eat fries while they're fresh because in an hour or even less they'll taste like ordinary boiled potatos.
It's perfect snack and, besides, healthy!
