Pork with mushrooms under tomatoes and cheese

I make this dish for breakfast because it's very nutritious, and my husband spends lots of power at work. So, it's useful for him! But you may use it for dinner as well, as you like!


For pork with mushrooms under tomatoes and cheese you need
~ 200 g of mushrooms (doesn't matter what kind of mushrooms you choose - choose which you like most; I've chosen ceps) - pretreated
~ 300 g of pork
a tomato
some grated cheese

Cut pork into middle pieces and fry them  into a frying pan on middle high heat.

When the meat is half-ready add mushrooms and fry until everything is ready. Then place it into a baking tray, top with tomato circles and sprinkle with cheese.

Place into the preheated on 200°С oven and bake until cheese is melted well.

This dish goes with vegetable salad very well! Enjoy your meal!
