Curly and ordinary bliny (pancakes) from the bottle

Bliny are Russian pancakes, usually take the whole bottom of the pan. Very easy to make but the whole family enjoys it!

For curly and ordinary bliny you need

2 glasses of flour

0.5 tsp of baking powder

1 egg

0.5 l of milk

0.5 glass of sugar

plastic bottle

Mix flour, an egg, milk, sugar and baking powder together very well. Now take a plastic bottle and make a small hole in its cover. Pour the dough out into the bottle and close it. Heat the frying pan and pouring the dough out of the bottle make figures you like and bake the magic pancakes! (Bake from both sides!)

You can use just a part of the dough for curly bliny. Another part can be used for basic bliny baking. You also may add a filling to the dough - whatever you like or have in the fridge! I had some pasta boiled in milk remaining, so i just cut it and used in pancakes! You can add porridge, raisins, nuts, etc.
