Pork baked in the foil

Soft, delicious pork baked in its own juice can't remain indifferent anyone!


For pork baked in the foil you need
for marinade
some tablespoons of veggie oil (i used sunflower oil)
herbs you prefer
4 cloves of garlic (chopped)
salt
pepper
Take a piece of pork and make some cuts on it, but not to the end! It lets the meat be marinaded better.

Now mix all the ingredients for the marinade together and cover the meat with it evenly as you can and place in the dish with a cover for some hours (1-12 hours).

Once you are ready place the foil in the oven tray and then the pork on it.

Cover it with the foil from all the sides, don't leave any holes! :) 

Preheat the oven on 200°С. Bake the meat on these degrees during 30 minutes. Then reduce the temperature to 180°С and bake for about 1 hour and 15 minutes. Then make the top of the "envelope" open and bake for 15 minutes more to make the meat browned a little. If the pork is ready it's soft and pierced with a knife easily.
