Good day, my visitors! How are you doing?
It's a hot day today here, in Belarus! I, personally, don't wanna eat junk food at such a weather period and prefer to cook something light. My husband is going to come home later today, so i decided to prepare little snack for him, with brown bread, cheese, tomato and herbs, delicious, nutritious and light at the same time!
So, for husband's late snack you need
2 slices of brown bread
1 tomato
some dill and spring onions
a tablespoon of low fat mayo
2-3 slices of Circassian cheese
