A healthy and easy carrot-outmeal breakfast (carrot-outmeal pancakes recipe)

A very interesting and easy at the same time recipe and a really yummy dish! Besides, it's healthy! Outmeal gives a specific taste and you won't regret if you try to cook it!


For carrot-outmeal pancakes you need
200 g of outmeal
200 g of carrot
300 g of warm milk
100 g of flour
3 eggs
salt to taste
Pour outmeal with milk and leave it all for 30-40 mins, let the outmeal swell.
Separate the egg yolks from whites and whisk the whites until foaming.
Mix rubbed on a small grater carrots, flour, yolks, outmeal and salt, then add whites and mix again.
Using a table spoon form pancakes and fry them on little fire under a cover (the same way as draniki).
That's it! I got 13 pancakes out of this dough.
But if it's not enough for your breakfast or you have all-time-hungry men in your family you can follow my way in finishing this breakfast (this part is not very healthy, though :)).


I took 6 onions of middle size, cut them into half rounds and fried them under a cover on middle fire. Then i cut 2 types of sausages and some pieces of bakon and added them to onions, fried them under a cover, too. When the mass was ready i added 2 tablespoons of tomato sause, mixed it all together and left under a cover on little fire for 1 minute.


Important!
Serve pancakes with sour cream if they are fresh. 

If you cook breakfast in the evening for the next day serve them with tomato sause (and i recommend to top the pancakes with sause firstly, only then to warm them in microwave, for example, because then they won't seem to be that dry).
