Today I wanna show and tell you about wonderful dough for cupcakes and cakes! It's super easy but always works for the best baking! Here are cupcakes with raisins and dried apricots but it's up to you what filling to choose. You may not add anything at all but you'll get great cupcakes in any way!
For cupcakes with raisins and dried apricots you need
2 eggs
3/4 glass of sugar
2-4 tablespoons of sour cream or/and mayo
100-125 g of butter or margarine
1.5 glass of flour
a tsp of baking powder
raisins and cut dried apricots
