Potato casserole with mushrooms and minced pork under cheese and sour cream with dill

Wow, what a long title! :)
But the dish is really yummy and simple in cooking at the same time!
Ingredients measurements depend on your oven tray and your taste. So, i'll just suggest you ingredients themself.


For potato casserole with mushrooms and minced pork under cheese and sour cream with dill you'll need
potatos
minced pork
mushrooms (i used champignons)
onions
some cheese and sour cream
chopped dill
some margarine
a tomato
If you don't like pork you may use any forcemeat you like, or even just chopped meat.
Boil potatos in salted water. Make puree.
Heat the frying pan and add minced pork and some chopped onions (not many - 1 or 2 of middle size) on it. Without any oil, pork is fat itself. Fry under the cover on middle heat until it's ready, mix time after time.
Grease the baking tray with margarine and lay potatos into a thin layer.
When the pan contents is ready, put it on the potatos evenly.


Cut the mushrooms into the halves and fry with chopped onions (again, not many) on the middle heat under the cover.
Make one more potato layer. 
 

Put mushrooms with onions on it evenly. Add some tomato slices.
The sun was shining too much :)
Now rub cheese on a large grater and mix with some sour cream. Spread this mixture on the casserole top. Add dill.

Preheat the oven on 200°С and bake the casserole until it has light brown color on the edges.
