It's a hot day today here, in Belarus! I, personally, don't wanna eat junk food at such a weather period and prefer to cook something light. My husband is going to come home later today, so i decided to prepare little snack for him, with brown bread, cheese, tomato and herbs, delicious, nutritious and light at the same time!
So, for husband's late snack you need
2 slices of brown bread
1 tomato
some dill and spring onions
a tablespoon of low fat mayo
2-3 slices of Circassian cheese
Fry both bread slices only from one side to a golden crust. Put one of the slices down with fried side on the plate, or cutting board, or whatever you prefer. Place cheese slices on bread evenly, then sliced tomato, then mayo, herbs, just like shown below:
Finish with the leftover bread slice with fried side in the top.
