Meat with vegetables and mushrooms in the pots

Cooking in the pots is great pleasure for me! Because such dishes smell so good, taste so good and at the same time they're not hard to make! They're very good for dinner, supper and for holidays!
In this post i'll tell you how i've cooked pork with carrots, onions, potatos, mushrooms in bouillon under cheese with greens.


For meat with vegetables and mushrooms in the pots you need
meat (i had got pork, you can use other meat as well, of course)
carrots
onions
potatos
mushrooms (i used champignons)
cheese
greens (i used parsley and dill) 
bouillon
Can't say the measurements because it depends on food amount you want to make and on your own taste.
Rub carrots on a grater, slice onions into half circles and mushrooms into middle size pieces.
Cut meat into middle size pieces and fry it on the frying pan for about 5-10 minutes on  middle fire mixing all the time. If you use fat meat like pork, don't add any oil into the pan, otherwise you should use it. 
Put carrots and mushrooms into another pan with vegetable oil, make middle fire, fry it mixing time after time under a cover for about 5-7 minutes. Add onions to carrots and mushrooms and fry them all together for about 15 minutes.
Cut the potatoes into strips.
Take a pot, first place meat there, then vegetables and mushrooms, then potatos layer (you should have some space on the top). Then pour bouillon out (you can have it already ready or make with bouillon cubes, for example (i used cubes with forest mushrooms taste)) just to cover the pot contents (but not completely, leave some space). Then sprinkle it with cheese rubbed on a grater and, finally, sprinkle with greens.
Preheat the oven on 200°C. Place your pots into the oven and let them be cooked :)
Surve hot!
