A healthy and easy carrot-outmeal breakfast (carrot-outmeal pancakes recipe)

A very interesting and easy at the same time recipe and a really yummy dish! Besides, it's healthy! Outmeal gives a specific taste and you won't regret if you try to cook it!

For carrot-outmeal pancakes you need

200 g of outmeal

200 g of carrot

300 g of warm milk

100 g of flour

3 eggs

salt to taste

Muffins with wallnuts - If you are a guest

Even the smallest people need a company especially if it's their relatives. It's how we were invited to visit husband's cousin who has 1.5-year-old son (the same age as our son's, his second cousin). Besides, they had some problems with their computer and we were ready to help combining business with pleasure.

We couldn't be empty-handed guests so i decided to bake some muffins! It's not hard to do but everyone can enjoy it - adults and kids!

For muffins with wallnuts you need

150 g of margarine or butter

5 tablespoons of sugar

2 teaspoons of baking powder

5 tablespoons of flour

3 eggs

2 teaspoons of vanilla sugar

60 g of any juice (i used multifruit)

40 g of wallnuts

sugar powder for decoration

Semolina breakfast

Very easy to do and very tasty to eat - that's all i can say :)

For semolina breakfast you need

1 glass of semolina

1 glass of kefir

3 eggs

3 onions

2 slices of white bread

sausages (to taste)

salt (to taste)

Our family journey to the ostrich farm!

When you have a baby under 2 you hardly have much free time and opportunity to travel somewhere far away from your home. Especially if it's a cold winter behind your window. But anyway, fresh air is very useful for everyone and for the baby in particular.
It was a cold (-10°C) Saturday morning, January 19, when we decided to make a little family journey to the ostrich farm (Kozishche, Brest region, Belarus) in about 20 km from our town. This farm is the only one in Belarus, the greatest one in CIS and one of the largest one in Europe and was founded in 2003.
After putting warm clothes on and taking good expectations with ourselves we set out at 9.10 a.m.
